My Story

From a young age, I have always loved designing and sewing. Growing up in the country, I spent much of my childhood dreaming up designs, playing with fabric and learning to sew with my Nan. What began as a love for making clothes has grown into a passion for creating pieces that make women feel beautiful, feminine and confident. 

Jess Mutter was born from that love of design and the belief that what we wear should make us feel like the very best version of ourselves. Each piece is thoughtfully designed with timelessness and femininity in mind - clothing that you can reach for time and time again and feel beautiful wearing. 

I chose to work exclusively with natural fibres such as silk and cotton. I love the way natural fabrics feel against the skin, breathe naturally and develop a beautiful character over time. They are a considered alternative to synthetic fibres, and choosing quality materials allows me to create pieces that feel as good as they look. 

My hope is for Jess Mutter to become a name you can trust - a label known for beautiful design, quality craftsmanship and pieces that are cherished and worn for years, not just seasons.

I want my pieces to be passed down, shared and loved by women of all generations. Because to me, true style isn't about following every trend. It's about finding pieces that make you feel confident, feminine and completely yourself.
